Description

   Extracting rare gases such as argon, helium, neon, krypton, and xenon from air represents the premium level of air separation technology. Our rare gas extraction equipment, typically serving as an additional refining module for large-scale air separation plants, employs combined processes such as catalytic deoxidation, cryogenic adsorption, and distillation to purify trace components to 99.999% (5N grade) or higher. These high-value-added gases are indispensable key materials for speical type welding, high-end lighting, semiconductor manufacturing, aerospace propulsion, and premium scientific research.    Rare gas extraction employs a combination of adsorption and distillation principles. Based on conventional air separation, specialized separation units are added to first remove major air components, then precisely capture and purify trace rare gases such as argon, neon, krypton, and xenon, achieving thorough impurity removal. Output has no fixed standard, primarily customized to meet the small-batch, high-precision demands of high-end specialized fields. Purity can reach above 99.999%, meeting the stringent requirements of cutting-edge technological fields. Core technical parameters: The process is precisely controllable, equipped with high-purity monitoring instruments; compatible motor power is adjusted according to customized production capacity (mostly high-voltage power supply); the safety protection system is complete, with high precision in temperature and pressure control.
