We provide nitrogen generation solutions based on PSA and cryogenic distillation technologies to meet demands of various scales and purities. PSA technology, with its advantages of fast startup and low energy consumption, is suitable for users requiring small to medium flow rates and purity levels of 95%-99.9%. Large-scale cryogenic nitrogen generation, on the other hand, can provide ultra-high purity (≥99.999%) and large-flow nitrogen supply for industries such as chemical and electronics. Our equipment is a reliable choice for protective atmospheres in electronic manufacturing, safe purging in chemical processes, nitrogen preservation in food, and pharmaceutical production. The output span is extremely wide, ranging from 100 to 100,000 Nm³/h, suitable for applications from small laboratories to large industrial production lines. Purity can be precisely customized (95%~99.9995%), with fast startup and strong continuous gas production capability. Relying on an intelligent monitoring system, it features minimal purity fluctuations, adaptability to special working conditions such as high altitude and large temperature variations, low energy consumption, controllable operation and maintenance costs, making it an excellent choice for protective atmospheres in fields like electronics manufacturing and lithium batteries.

Process Description
Air undergoes pressurization and filtration, preliminary cooling and initial dehydration, followed by deep dehydration via PPU. It then enters the cold box, where it is cooled to the dew point via the heat exchanger before entering the main distillation column for separation. The unseparated liquid air undergoes secondary distillation in the auxiliary column. The produced liquid nitrogen is pressurized by a liquid nitrogen pump and returned to the main column as reflux liquid. Finally, nitrogen is extracted from the top of the main column and reheated via the main heat exchanger before exiting the cold box.

Actual delivery period ≤7 months.
·Extraction Rate:
Calculated based on air compressor exhaust flow: 12,500 Nm³/h, producing 7,000 Nm³/h. Actual operation: air compressor exhaust flow 13,300 Nm³/h, producing 7,600 Nm³/h. Extraction rate as high as 73%.

Utilizes dual-column dual-condenser process, and through years of experience, achieves extremely low resistance, reducing energy consumption. The entire unit features rapid and precise controllable load range adjustment, requiring minimal frequent operation over long periods, thereby reducing manual workload.
