CNG and LNG each have distinct characteristics: CNG uses high-pressure cylinder trailers for transportation, featuring low investment and quick deployment. It serves as an extension of pipelines, providing economical gas sources to remote townships, scattered industrial points, and urban vehicles (taxis, buses), making it suitable for short-distance transportation. LNG, through cryogenic liquefaction, significantly reduces volume and achieves extremely high energy density. This makes it highly economical for long-distance land transportation (500 km), maritime transport, and international trade. Simultaneously, LNG facilitates large-scale storage, making it an ideal strategic reserve and urban peak-shaving gas source. It also provides stable and efficient clean energy for heavy-duty trucks, ships, and areas without pipeline networks. To address diverse usage needs, the company has developed skid-mounted and vehicle-mounted integrated equipment to meet various scenarios (scattered gas recovery, urban peak shaving, trial production, etc.).

Process Description
·CNG Equipment Product Features:
Integrated sand separation, dehydrocarbonization, compression, and dehydration functions. The equipment dimensions meet requirements for vehicle transport and rapid installation. Reciprocating piston compressors with wide inlet pressure design flexibly adapt to wellhead pressure fluctuations with low operational energy consumption. The highly integrated design simplifies on-site installation, shortens the construction period, and reduces initial investment. Equipped with PLC automatic control systems and safety interlock protection, supporting key parameter monitoring and remote data upload.
·LNG Equipment:
Utilizes mixed refrigerant refrigeration and heavy hydrocarbon scrubbing processes. Purified natural gas enters the cold box and is cooled before being sent to the heavy hydrocarbon separator. The separated liquid phase is throttled and enters the middle of the scrubbing tower. Through distillation in the scrubbing tower, light natural gas is obtained at the top and sent to the main heat exchanger for further cooling. It is then cooled to a specific temperature and sent to a separation tank. The gas phase returns to the main heat exchanger for further cooling, liquefaction, and subcooling before being throttled and loaded into LNG tank trucks via loading arms. The liquid phase is returned to the top of the scrubbing tower via a circulation pump as reflux liquid. Light hydrocarbon components are obtained at the bottom of the scrubbing tower, throttled, and sent to the mixed hydrocarbon storage tank. A portion of the flash gas from the mixed hydrocarbon tank is used as fuel gas for the thermal oil, while the remainder returns to the inlet of the raw gas compressor.

Simultaneously, deep impurity removal ensures the purity of LNG products and long-term stable operation of the equipment, making it particularly suitable for processing rich gas resources.
