As one of our core products, Air Separation Plant adopts mature cryogenic air separation technology, efficiently separating oxygen from the air through compression, purification, cooling, distillation, and other steps. The core principles employed are the adsorption method (Pressure Swing Adsorption, PSA) or the distillation method: the adsorption method utilizes molecular sieves to separate oxygen quickly based on differences in gas adsorption, offering convenient startup; the distillation method purifies oxygen through multiple evaporation and condensation cycles by leveraging differences in gas boiling points, making it suitable for large-scale production.
Our oxygen purity can be flexibly adjusted according to customer requirements, ranging from 93% (oxygen-enriched) to 99.99% (high-purity oxygen), meeting oxygen standards for various scenarios. The equipment is renowned for its high reliability, low energy consumption, and high degree of automation, widely applied in steel smelting, coal chemical engineering, medical oxygen supply, glass melting furnaces, and other fields, serving as the cornerstone for customers to enhance processes and improve efficiency.
In terms of core technical parameters, the output pressure ranges from 0.1 to 1.6 MPa, with an operational load adjustment range of 30% to 110%. The liquefaction system can achieve a minimum temperature of -196°C. The equipment is compatible with motor power ranging from 100 kW to 4,000 kW (mostly powered by 6 kV/10 kV high-voltage electricity), featuring energy consumption over 10% lower than traditional equipment and equipped with an intelligent monitoring system to ensure stable operation.
The air separation unit output ranges from 500 to 60,000 Nm³/h, covering energy supply needs from small-scale industrial applications to large-scale plants, with purity customizable as required.
